Upon reviewing the logs it seems like its pointing to that also. I don't see a HTTP service other than a WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service which is running.

The easiest way to find out is to run the services.msc management console and find 'World Wide Web Publishing Service' , right click and get to the properties window and select the dependencies tab. Make sure all these dependencies are started. Click "Apply" and then click "Start" to start the service.
