I am not sure which form of verification you are using, but from time to time, I find the text messaging (SMS) is not working quickly enough. In some cases, I might receive the number long after. I suggest that you also set up the Authenticator App (like Google or Microsoft). That ALWAYS works since you mobile device generates the numbers. I can't be the first, but Amazon Prime is NOT working on Roku Premiere+. I tried to open it, and it said i need an SD Card in order to it to load.
